Should we receive cleared funds or a proof of payment directly from the bank before:
– 9:30 on a business day then delivery will be same day.
– 13:30 on a business day then delivery will be next business day.

Outlying Areas

Our cut off point is 4pm, Monday to Friday. Any order placed after 4pm will be processed through our dispatch system the next working day. We currently do not deliver on weekends.

An automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please send us a mail if you haven’t received tracking information within 24 hours from your purchase.

Unfortunately we are an online store only and do not have physical viewing or collection facilities.

We do not deliver on weekends as our courier partner only delivers Mon-Fri (Excluding public holidays).

Yes. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking information.

All orders are not only shipped express but they are also shipped with insurance to make sure the items are covered in the unlikely event that something goes wrong during transit.

All our online prices include VAT.

• We accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) which is our preferred method as it attracts no fees whatsoever.
• We accept Online Payments via PayFast which does attract a transactional fee of 4%
• We offer MobiCred which is a credit facility allowing monthly payments, this will attract a transactional fee of 4% as well, please note that you will need to sign up and be approved with MobiCred prior to placing your order on the Webstore – You can sign up and get approval direct at the MobiCred website: https://mobicred.co.za/

All products will be marked as either new or certified pre-owned (CPO). The condition of every certified pre-owned item is generally scratch and defect free unless stipulated and will be discounted accordingly.

Should you receive your item and you are not completely satisfied with the condition, or you think it is not as described, we are happy to replace the item or refund it in full. Although we are happy to assist with this, we would like you to make contact with us within 48 Working hours of receiving your item. We are here to listen should there be a circumstance that falls outside of these parameters. Please do not hesitate to call or email us regardless.
