I am not sure why they don't offer credit card payment but they must have their reasons. Im sure they would get more business if they offered a credit card payment option. Product was new as advertised with all the seals in place. It came with an American plug, which is no problem at all for me, but may go some way to explaining how they are getting these laptops at cheaper prices as this one was clearly intended for the American market. After the courier charge the laptop was R1000 cheaper than Takealot. Thank you very much.

Martin immediately sent a replacement machine, allowed me to keep the crashing machine until I received my new Dell XPS17. the communication and responsiveness was above and beyond any expectation]
